Fluentis ERP is the management software that allows you to manage Production and all its operational aspects in Manufacturing and Industrial companies that have to manage situations, even complex ones, of budgeting, final costs, materials and activities.
Its algorithms allow you to manage all internal and external business processes of the entire product life cycle from budgeting to design, to procurement of materials and production resources, to internal and/or subcontracting production scheduling, to production data collection and cost control, without forgetting the Industry 4.0 connection of the production plants and automatic warehouses.
In Fluentis ERP the application of the MES (Manifacturing Execution System) model has been designed by implementing a large series of parameters, for the integrated management of data from production processes that considerably influence the company’s profitability. In the Production area of Fluentis we can see how the documents relating to the production orders, actually launched, but not necessarily executive, define the sequence by which, in each department, and even more in detail in each work center, there is the definition of all the information necessary for the execution of the production activity.
The materials, the phases and sub-phases, the equipment and in general all the supporting documentation is aimed at making the execution of the activity as automated, organized and fluid as possible.
The main algorithm of good management specialized in the Production area is defined by the MRP, the planning system that deals with verifying the correct allocation of materials and resources necessary for carrying out the production activity. The MRP algorithm is configured according to a large series of parameters, in order to adapt better to the type of production reality represented by the company.
MRP I
The MRP I provides information on optimizing the purchase of materials. The MRP I is based on the Production Plan to list the needs, but can be integrated with further new orders and/or production lists.
MRP II
As the acronym “Manufacturing Resource Planning” says, this procedure allows the user to have the analysis of the correct availability of materials and production resources according to the production planning actually released. In this procedure we can see how it is possible to manage the advances and postponements of production orders, rather than the need to replenish the quantity, eliminate unnecessary orders, increase or decrease the quantities in order to make control and operations management for the production manager or department manager.
EXTRA DATA
NOTIFICATIONS
Through this procedure it is possible to advance the execution of the worksheets, object of the printing of the production orders, in such a way as to document the happened activity about the classic operations of opening the workings, advancement of quantity or time or both, rather that the report of waste or consumption of specific materials. Through the management of the reports, the produced product, whether finished or semi-finished product, is also loaded in the warehouse, and its components are unloaded at the same time.
RESULTS EVALUATION
Through this procedure it is possible to carry out final checks of the times actually used, compared to those established by standards, for the specific production order.
RESULT EVALUATION
ORDERS
Through this procedure it is possible to carry out final checks of the times actually used, compared to those established by standards, for the specific production order.
MES systems are the key tool for the integrated management of data from production processes that considerably influence the company’s profitability.
The main objective of a MES solution is to combine the optimization and flexibility of production and logistics processes with the control of the availability of resources and the quality of the products.
Thanks to real-time application logics, MES systems allow you to set up a precise organization in all production departments and contribute significantly to improving performance in the short term.
The primary tasks of an MES solution include:
Therefore a Manifacturing Execution System (MES) guarantees the integration between different systems, structures the automation of the machines through the SCADA processes (supervisory, control and data acquisition) up to the complete management of the supply chain.
In Fluentis ERP, the application of the MES model was designed by implementing a large series of parameters. Thanks to this parameterization environment, the algorithms of the Manifacturing Execution System represent a decisive model not only for general-porpouse applications but also for specific productions in vertical markets.
